The streets of Ciudad Colonial, especially El Conde street, were flooded due to rain on Tuesday afternoon.The waters entered some shops, damaging the goods.
El Conde street became a “river” in less than half an hour due to the flow of water coming from the upper part.
But the waters also caused damage in the upper part, such as in the Sirena shop in Avenida Mella, where the waters penetrated the commercial establishment.
On Tuesday afternoon, the streets and avenues of the National District, Santo Domingo Este, Norte Oeste were flooded by rain left by a depression.
