Harvard revealed the habit you should include in your routine to feel 10 years younger

In a recent interview, David Sinclair, an expert geneticist and aging specialist at Harvard Medical School, revealed his top habit for slowing aging.

According to testimonies that he gave in the past, the American claims that he feels ten years younger, since though being 54 years old, his biological age is approximately a decade younger.

Today, millions of people are looking for a way to live as long as possible and with the best quality possible. In that sense, there are different tips and customs to apply in daily life. Although the focus is usually on diet and what is consumed, it is best to combine this with healthy habits that help delay aging and, therefore, have better chances of extending longevity.

Sinclair, who is considered an expert on the subject, spoke about this. In an interview he referred to his habits and highlighted a particular habit that is related precisely to eating. According to his vision, to delay aging it is important to perform intermittent fasting.

As he indicated, food should be consumed in a small window of time during the day. In his daily routine, he fasts for between 16 and 18 hours, a factor that, according to his analysis, brings health benefits such as reducing the risk of suffering from certain diseases and experiencing some degrees of dementia.
